Josue is the founding partner of Immigration Legal Advisors, PLLC and represents clients in immigration matters across all 50 states, U.S. territories, and Puerto Rico. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, he has been a licensed attorney and member of the Puerto Rico Bar since 2012. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, demonstrating his commitment to staying current on legal developments and best practices in immigration law.

Before entering private practice, Josue developed a strong foundation in management and human resources, overseeing teams of more than 100 employees in a high-volume retail environment. His background includes recruitment, hiring, onboarding, contract drafting, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws. These skills continue to inform his legal work and enhance his ability to understand and advocate for clients in complex, real-world situations.

Known for his ability to navigate high-pressure challenges, Josue brings legal insight and business acumen to every case. He is a persuasive communicator and a natural problem-solver, fluent in both English and Spanish. He works closely with individuals, families, and employers to help them achieve meaningful results.
